Wheel Well Rampovers
Trailerworks now can engineer wheelwell rampovers for all trailers and ship a kit to be installed by our customers. From our customers measurements we custom design our rampovers to fit their trailers using our Computer Aided Design system. The price for the standard pre-fabbed ramp overs is $100 per linear foot of the trailer, meaning a set of 16' rampovers would cost about $1600.

Richard, The pictures, descriptions, and explanations on your web site do not offer the true workmanship and value of the ramps you build. I honestly didn't know what to expect when we ordered these. However the packaging, care in shipping, and detailed instructions were more than I could have asked for. The fit of these ramps is superb, and is far better than anything I could have built myself. I have to say at first thought the cost seemed a little much. However after I saw what was shipped and looked at the amount of time it took just to package this, I feel like my brother got one hell of a bargain. Great product, great quality of work, and I will be more than happy to refer anyone to you. Thanks for building such a great trailer ramp. I started installing them around 5:00 p.m. yesterday and quit around 7:00 p.m. All that needs done is the aluminum trim installed around the edges. The entire job was almost too easy. Rusty Christoff

TrailerWorks custom manufactures strong, all aluminum interior over the wheel well ramps for all enclosed trailers. Our standard ramps are 24” wide and are approximately 16’ long, but custom sizes are available. The forward sections of the ramps have fold down doors for convenient storage areas within the ramps themselves. The ramps are covered with durable, attractive bright aluminum treadplate and are completely trimmed out with aluminum. Because of aluminum construction the ramps never need painting and they never rust.

This customer owned several exotic sports cars and race cars. We installed 32 foot long wheel well ramps with special 5 foot long detachable ramps on the end of them. We later lengthened the flaps on the ramps to go all the way to where our Pro Series Ramp System is attached to the ramp door.
The above three photos show a Featherlite trailer which had wheel wells that were quite high, about 14" from the floor. We had to build wheel well ramps that ended at the door at 6" high and add flaps to run to the end of the door for the customer to be able to load the Dodge Vipers he hauled. We also finished out the interior of the trailer.
